The Design stage brings the project to life through the construction documents and specifies the materials and specifications of the project. Our use of 3D drawings enables our clients to visualise the end result while we are still able to make changes and refine the result.

Visualise with Concept & Detail Designs
With You from Start To Finish
Concept
We believe in taking each step of the office design journey with you, from concept right through to completion. Michael will produce first stage sketches, revise the design, and once you are happy with the concept drawings, we can then begin creating a 3D visualisation of your workplace.
Initial Design
Once the space plans have been agreed we will proceed to prepare a full drawing package which includes floor plans, all joinery pieces, and tea points, along with mechanical and electrical plans. At this stage, we will also finalise the selection of specifications and finishes including furniture, and ensure that our team is ready to go live on site.
Finishes
To provide the most cost effective solution for your office design, we will help you pick out the right products that bring your workplace to life. We work with you to select the furnishings and finishes available from our industry leading suppliers .
