Brief
We had done work previously for this client and had a good understanding of what was wanted for the new space.
Spoke set about drawing up concept plans to approve. Once approved we drew up detailed plans and a project schedule, so that he could see exactly what was going where and when things would be happening.
Outcome Achieved
The project involved a new grid ceiling, ducted air conditioning, new kitchenette, new bathrooms, new flooring throughout, including vinyl on the stairs, cluster workstations, office furniture and complete paint job.
The project finished on schedule, for the real estate team to be able move in on time.
